That’s what time does
Monday was day 1 of Yew Tee Sports Leader’s Camp. Had to wake up at 530, leaving house at 630am towards Yew Tee Primary. The games was well-planned and everything went off smoothly. Food was edible. First day ended off in a flash.
Tuesday, sleeping at 2am and getting awake at 630am is tiring. But the participation from the kids,coaches,trainers is very captivating. That you will push yourself out of the comfortable zone, to work for more. Attempted on debriefing while over at the orphanage. It was a tough challenge for me as many things happened while the kids were hosting the event for the orphanage kids. Felt very demoralized over it. However, it was still something to celebrate for. So as to improve in confidence level, and not stumble in words when teachers and coaches, anyone is standing around.
Wednesday, last day of the camp. These three days, magically awesome. Got to met people with different backgrounds. People who are an inspiration, to look up for. Telling yourself how much you want to be like him/her in 10 years or 20 years. It was an instant motivation for most to prove your skills and abilities.
Right after the camp ended around noon, went to Jurong East to meet Dhaneil where we had lunch over at Jurong Point and I got Diana’s surprise ready.
Thursday was the day I’ve been awaiting for since a week before. Happy Birthday Diana! In a month it’ll be 4years we’ve been good friends together. Thank God for you, understanding me so much. Times like I’ve something on and not being able to join. Agreeing in most of the things I insist on. Hope the party went well for you and you like the cake I did. I love you girl. After the cleaning up and all, headed down to Diana’s house for sleepover. It was really good in terms of being able to get together with the 3 girls, even though I was exhuasted by the walking and the headache.
On Friday, when everyone was finally awake after the waking and sleeping at weird timings, it was around 3pm where we left Diana’s house towards Jurong Point for Pizza Hut. Where Janice joined in for late lunch and did manage to catch up with her a little. Leaving at around 5pm for home. It was 12am when Cynthia came over where we had a heart to heart talk till 2am.
It was Saturday a few mins ago. After a long sleep till 2pm in the afternoon, had to go over to Diana’s house to get my laptop. After chilling around with Weixuan, headed home and started to upload the camp’s photos at facebook. 900 down to 400. At around 9pm, went over to Holland Village to give Cynthia a little surprise. Being able to be occupied with so many activities day by day may be tiring. But different experiences comes along the way. Learning the way to handle them seems to have stretched myself more.
Today, I intend to stay home to get a full rest, finish up with some plannings and also to upload the 400 photos. This holiday has been really good ever since it started. There’s so much to do yet so little time. Yet to be meeting up with Kam,Kumar,Holms,Kenneth(s),Lim Hui,Insyirah,Hla and a few others. Everything is worth being excited for.
& I miss Weijing&Edwin so much..
